3) Approval & Processing Time

  • Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

  • Once approved, our courier will pick up the item within 3–5 business days.

4) How to Submit a Request

  • Contact us via WhatsApp using the number on your shipping label.

  • Or through the Contact Us page on the website.

  • Please attach:

    • A clear photo of the product

    • Your order number

    • City and address

5) Defective or Wrong Items

  • We will replace the item immediately if:

    • It has a manufacturing defect

    • It arrived damaged

    • It does not match the product description on our website

  • In these cases, AXIS covers all shipping costs and can issue a full refund if the customer prefers.

6) Non‑Returnable Situations

  • Used or washed items

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Any damage caused by misuse

  • Customer expectations not stated on the product page

7) Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the item.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer/e-wallet.
